Bright, independent and comfortable villa in southern Gran Canaria. Fully equipped. Just a 3-minute walk from the beach of San Agustin and the promenade that runs all along the coast from this beach to Las Burras, Playa del Inglés and Maspalomas. A great spacious and relaxing place to enjoy your holidays.

The villa has 250 sq. meters (2690 sq. ft.). There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom has got a queen-size bed and fitted wardrobe. The second bedroom has got twin beds and built in wardrobe as well. The bathroom is just opposite it.

In the living room you can enjoy two separate areas: one with the TV screen and the other connected to the terrace and garden. On the terrace you can enjoy your meals in privacy and plenty of sunshine or use the folding canopy.

The garden is completely independent. There is even parking space for a couple of cars.

The kitchen is very spacious and includes a dining area with a table and 6 chairs.

-The kitchen is fairly well equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine (in the utility area), toaster, hand blender, juicer, coffee machine, etc., as well as cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and glassware (wine, water, cocktail and beer).

-There are also an iron and ironing board, and hairdryer too.

-Bathroom and beach towels, and bed linen are provided.

-42" Smart New TV with Spanish and international channels.

-Free WI-FI.

-Cot and high chair for babies, available on demand, free of charge.

-A large dining table with 6 chairs, on the terrace.

-2 hammocks and 2 tea tables for the garden.
